Q. What does a standard consulting engagement involve?
A. Our goal is to deliver significant value to you through every engagement we undertake. This is why we design bespoke engagements for every client. Our initial starting point generally involves the following:
 • An initial consultation to explore and understand your needs and goals.
 • ENRICHED LEADERSHIP will prepare a draft scope of work for your review.
 • Once the scope of work has been agreed, our engagement will commence at pace!
 • We are happy to have one or more members of your team embedded within the consulting engagement. Empowering and developing leadership is at the heart of what we do and the more your core team are directly involved with our work, the greater the results you are able to achieve.
 • We will provide interim updates as often as you require.
 • We are happy to participate in post-project activities such as Lessons Learned meetings.
 • Although our engagement will conclude when the scope of work has been delivered, we are happy to continue to follow-up and ensure that you continue to benefit from the value we have helped to create. The work of Leadership never ends! We continue to only be a phone call or email away!

Q. What does a standard mentoring engagement involve?
A. Our goal is to deliver significant value to you through every engagement we undertake. This is why we design bespoke engagements for every client. Our initial starting point generally involves the following:
 • An initial consultation to explore and understand your needs and goals.
 • ENRICHED LEADERSHIP will propose a recommended duration of engagement (e.g. five one-hour sessions over a two-month period).
 • If you would like anyone else to be part of the process (e.g. you may like us to meet with your supervisor to gain valuable insights from them that we can utilise) we are happy to tailor our approach accordingly.
 • We can meet in person or remotely.
 • We will be as flexible as we can regarding times and dates - early mornings and evenings are possible.

Q. What do you charge for mentoring and consulting?
A. Our pricing promises include:
 • We will always discuss and agree our fees with you upfront.
 • We are happy to provide you with a range of different pricing options (usually including, but not necessarily limited to - an hourly rate, a daily rate, a fixed cost; and more creative options where appropriate).
 • We are happy to offer preferential rates for multiple engagements.

Q. Do you offer your services on a retainer basis?
A. Yes, once we have understood your needs and goals, we will be happy to discuss whether a retainer will give you the greatest likelihood of success and, if it will, agree an appropriate retainer with you.

Q. Are you able to work on a fractional basis or in an interim CEO or COO role?
A. Yes, subject to existing commitments.

Q. What sectors do you focus on?
A. Our sector experience is broad, which enables us to both tailor our leadership advice by sector and share best practice from across a wide range of sectors. The sectors we have advised leaders across include: Accountancy, Advertising, Art, Automotive, Charities, CleanTech, Education, Engineering, Finance,  Franchises, Health, Investment Companies, Manufacturing, Media, Music, Not-For-Profit, Legal, Philanthropy, Professional Services, Real Estate, Renewable Energy, and Transportation.

Q. Can you project manage a multi-month consulting engagement?
A. Yes!
 • We are happy to project management the consulting engagement ourselves.
 • Alternatively, we are happy to work with your own project manager to facilitate their management of the engagement.

Q. Are you happy to work in partnership with other mentors and consultants?
A. Yes!
 • Our approach is designed to be fully collaborative with you and with any advisors you would like us to partner with.
 • Our expertise is focused on Leadership Development. If working with us in partnership with other advisors will best enable you to achieve your goals, we can recommend other advisors for your consideration and/or work with advisors you already know.
 • We only undertake to advise on areas within our expertise. Where you will benefit from additional expert advice, we will be upfront about the options available to you and how ENRICHED LEADERSHIP will play its part.

Q. Are you happy to sign an NDA?
A. Yes - we pride ourselves on our discretion and completely understand the need to have an effective NDA in place.

Q. Are you able to cover sensitive personal topics such as wellbeing and burnout through Mentoring?
A. Yes, personal wellbeing is a vital component of sustainable leadership. We can discuss any and all topics, however personal and/or sensitive, that you feel are relevant to helping you become the best leader you can be. All our mentoring sessions are completely confidential.
