Richard is an experienced business executive with Executive Board, Senior Leadership Team, and Business Transformation experience. He is passionate about the practice of leadership and empowering and developing other leaders.

Richard is a qualified solicitor and was Head of Strategy for a leading international law firm where he led the development and execution of the firm’s corporate strategy.

In 2020, Richard was headhunted to be second-in-command to the Group CEO & Chairman of a global, family-owned, multi-billion-dollar group of diversified businesses, philanthropic, and investment entities. Living and working in Monaco, Richard acted as an extension of the Group CEO & Chairman, overseeing all strategic execution, operational management, and executive communications. His leadership experience included having P&L responsibility and leadership of over 15,000 employees.

Richard holds a BA (Oxon) and MA (Hons) from the University of Oxford, an MBA from Cranfield School of Management, a post-graduate qualification from Cardiff University, and has successfully completed executive leadership courses at Saïd Business School, Oxford; INSEAD, Singapore; and SJSU, United States.

Richard has personal leadership experience across the following sectors: Legal, Consultancy, Financial Services, Renewable Energy & Sustainability, Real Estate, Health, Automotive, Advertising & Media, Engineering & Manufacturing, Art, Charitable/Philanthropic/Not-For-Profit.

Richard decided to bring his leadership, management, and business experience and qualifications together for the benefit of other leaders and launched ENRICHED LEADERSHIP in January 2023.
